Dear Carolina Inspection Training:
I am a licensed commercial
contractor in North Carolina. This past year I
decided to expand my services to include home
inspections. Even though I knew most of the
basics of what a good home inspector looks for,
I knew I needed help to pass the North Carolina
State licensing test. I signed up for a two-day
seminar given by one of your competitors. I knew
before taking the state test that I didn’t have
enough information to pass and was upset that I
had wasted my time and money. Later, I called a
home inspection software company to ask if there
was someone that could provide me with a good
seminar that would teach me how to pass the
state test. He recommended your company, so I
decided to give it one more try and signed up
for your course.
Your three-day seminar was just what I needed to help me pass
the test. Both of your owners, Mr. Denton and
Mr. Mumbulo gave 125% in effort to make sure
everyone attending had what they needed to pass
the test and become a licensed home inspector.
Had I known about CIT, I could have saved a lot
of money and time by attending your seminar in
the very beginning. I knew after taking the test
the second time that I would pass by flying
colors. Knowing about construction and how to do
an inspection doesn’t do any good if you can’t
pass the licensing exam. Therefore, I had to
write this letter to thank you for giving us the
information, reading materials and confidence
your company provides in such an interesting and
professional manner.

very difficult exam.
You made the material we covered easy to digest
